The TAO Digital Photo Keychain comes pre-loaded with DPF-Mate software which will automatically run on a PC, making uploading pictures easy.
For Mac users, the DPF-Mate pre-loaded application does not start automatically. Instead you must open the DPF-Mate via the “cd” icon on their desktop screen. Let DPF-Mate run and open as normal.
Please note that DPF-Mate may not work with older versions of the Mac operating system prior to Mac OS X.
